Peter Styles

Head of the Supervisory Board

Managing Director of the European advisory business, Stratos Energy Consulting. He served as an Executive Member of the Board of the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) for over 20 years. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Enron Europe for nine years. Peter has extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects in Europe related to electricity generation, electricity and gas trading, market design for renewable energy, and frameworks for trading carbon emission allowances.

Abdullah Koksal

Member of the Supervisory Board

Board member of the energy distribution company Yedas Grids (part of the energy holding Çalık Enerji, Turkey). He worked for more than three years in the private Ukrainian energy holding DTEK, where he managed the launch of the energy supply brand YASNO. He held senior positions at Enerjisa (Turkey, a venture asset of Sabancı Holding and E.ON), which serves 9 million customers, and also worked at Siemens in Turkey.

Ihor Tymoshenko

Member of the Supervisory Board

Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. Prior to this, he held leadership positions in executive authorities of the Rivne region for over 30 years. Notably, he served as Deputy Head of the Rivne Regional State Administration and previously headed its Department of Economics and Investment Policy, as well as the Department of Economic Development and Trade. He holds the title of "Honored Economist of Ukraine."
