Peter Styles

Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Independent member

Managing Director of the European advisory business, Stratos Energy Consulting. He served as an Executive Member of the Board of the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) for over 20 years. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Enron Europe for nine years. Peter has extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects in Europe related to electricity generation, electricity and gas trading, market design for renewable energy, and frameworks for trading carbon emission allowances.

Abdullah Koksal

Member of the Supervisory Board. Independent member

Board member of the energy distribution company Yedas Grids (part of the energy holding Çalık Enerji, Turkey). He worked for more than three years in the private Ukrainian energy holding DTEK, where he managed the launch of the energy supply brand YASNO. He held senior positions at Enerjisa (Turkey, a venture asset of Sabancı Holding and E.ON), which serves 9 million customers, and also worked at Siemens in Turkey.

Illia Mykhailov

Member of the Supervisory Board. Independent member

A Ukrainian economist and manager with extensive experience in public finance, corporate governance and systemic economic reform. Since December 2025 he has chaired the Supervisory Board of PrJSC UKRFINZHYTLO and the Supervisory Board of JSC Prozorro.Sale, and is the author of the Prozorro.Sale project concept. He has held senior analytical positions at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and serves as adviser to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

Yulia Kramarenko

Member of the Supervisory Board. Representative of the shareholder (State Property Fund of Ukraine)

An experienced executive with 15 years in law and core competencies in corporate governance and state-ownership matters across the public sector, the financial industry and large international business. She specialises in building corporate governance systems, compliance and anti-corruption functions, regulatory risk management and antitrust regulation. She has extensive experience engaging with international financial institutions and regulators and supporting privatisation projects and corporate governance reforms.

Ihor Tymoshenko

Member of the Supervisory Board. Representative of the shareholder (State Property Fund of Ukraine)

Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (until January 2026). Before joining the State Property Fund of Ukraine, he held senior positions in the executive authorities of the Rivne region for more than 30 years. In particular, he served as Deputy Head of the Rivne Regional State Administration; prior to that, he headed its Department of Economics and Investment Policy and the Department of Economic Development and Trade. He holds the honorary title of ‘Honored Economist of Ukraine.
